The Path to Being Healed, Healthy, and Whole: the Series 

Today’s world is fast-paced.  The concept of wellness often feels like a luxury, something we aspire to but rarely achieve.  We juggle responsibilities, battle stress, face challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and depleted.

How to you get through?

True wellness is not just about physical health; it’s about being healed, healthy, and whole in every aspect of our lives.

What does it mean to be healed, healthy and whole?

We are going to look at each component and break it down for understanding and easier to process.

Healed:

Healing is a process of restoring what is broken, whether it’s our bodies, minds, or spirits.  It is about allowing God to mend the wounds of our past and guide us through the valleys of our present.

Healing is actually an event and a BEAUTIFUL journey. A divine process that requires patience, faith and surrender.

Guide to beginning of your healing 

1. Prioritize Self-Care

Taking time to identify the areas that need healing, the first step is always self-care.

Self-care is not selfish, it’s ESSENTIAL. By caring for and about ourselves, we are better equipped to care for others. This means getting enough rest, eating nourishing foods, staying active and taking time to connect with God.  Listening to our bodies, honoring your limits and allowing yourself the grace to rest.

How can you incorporate self-care into your daily routine?

In what ways can you cultivate spiritual growth this week?
