Mindfulness…are you mindful about what you eat, think, feel, speak, be?


Or do you eat, think, feel, speak, be whatever?


In order to be productive and healthy, we must be mindful.


We will absolutely become what we mindfully or mindlessly, eat, think, feel, speak and be.


Be mindful to be kind and thoughtful 

Be mindful to eating healthy 

Be mindful to think positive/good thoughts 

Be mindful of how you are feeling and trace back to what happened that caused you to feel a certain way, whether good, bad or indifferent 

Be mindful of what you speak for your words have consequences…good, bad or indifferent
