Your mind is the enemy's play ground....

We must be mindful of what we set our ears to....our eyes on....

Listen to the word of God....really really listen to the word....

Let it minister to your hurt...let it heal you....its medicine for your soul...it penetrates down to the deep recesses of your souls....its like a hot cup of soup, tea, coffee, hot chocolate on a -0 degree day just reaches the very tip of your chilled bones....and you feel your body unthaw .....

Feel the healing power of knowing God is right there with you bringing you through

Turn off the tv....put on a sermon....open up your bible app...put on the audio and just listen.....

Let the Holy Spirit dry your tears as you begin to feel the strength come back into your body

Let Jesus minister to you as your listening to His words when He speaks to the enemy....

Begin to speak to the enemy just like He did...

IT IS WRITTEN

Take back control....of what you are thinking....not the lies of the enemy,  but the truth of Gods word

You are strong...you were made in His image....

Please stop believing the lies...

Get into agreement with the truth...the word of God is the truth

If what you are hearing doesn't line up with the word...get a new truth
